For anyone that has tried uploading a video on Discord, you've probably run across the "your files are too powerful" error message. This happens when uploading a file over 8 MB (8 megabytes) in size -- which happens most often with video files due to the nature of online video.
8mb.video is a free video compressor service that compresses video files (and other files) from virtually any size (current limit is 2000MB (2 gigabytes) down to just under 8MB. Then you can share & upload video on Discord without getting any error message.
But .. what's the quality like of this video file compressor? It's actually pretty good! Videos under a minute or two look good and quality gradually decreases the longer the video is.
